At Squeezy South Africa, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently across South Africa. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery timelines for purchases made through our Shopify store.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling R750 or more qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below R750, a flat shipping fee of R120 will be applied.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in South Africa.

Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take up to 7 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all regions within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Squeezy South Africa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@squeezysouthafrica.co.za within 7 days of receiving your tracking number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
