Endurance Electrolytes - Lemon
In addition to the effective energy supply with carbohydrates from our energy gels, liquids, drinks or bars, the new Squeezy Endurance Electrolytes electrolyte tablets with lemon flavor are the ideal supplement to take during heavy physical exertion with high sweat loss.
The tablets contain the two important minerals sodium and potassium. We have deliberately omitted magnesium, as magnesium is only excreted in very small quantities through sweat and therefore does not need to be replaced during exercise.
Sodium deficiency (sodium chloride / common salt) is a possible cause of cramps and also plays an important role in the transmission of nerve cell impulses (e.g. to the muscle).
Important: Unlike almost all other products on the market, our Endurance Electrolyte Tablets are free from artificial sweeteners! Artificial sweeteners are increasingly suspected of being harmful to health and we have deliberately avoided them. Less sweet, but all the healthier is the motto.
