Squeezy Energy Gels were the first products of their kind in the world and offer endurance athletes a smart solution for professional performance maintenance during training and competition. Our formulas follow a clear philosophy that prohibits artificial and unnecessary ingredients and colorings and generally rejects anything that could affect stomach tolerance in any way.

Our gels and liquids contain a particularly low concentration of dissolved particles (low osmorality) and a multi-stage energy release for a reliable energy supply through a high-quality carbohydrate mix.

Ideal for: Endurance sports with a continuous load from 45 minutes.

Note: Variousformulations with and without fructose, with and without caffeine and optionally with isomaltulose and/or glucose for fructose malabsorption and fructose intolerance make Squeezy Energy Gel suitable for everyone.

The "Basic Formula" is completely free from fructose and flavorings. It is only slightly sweet, with a very light citrus note. Perfect for anyone with a sensitive stomach.

The energy requirements of the muscles during endurance exercise can no longer be adequately met by the body after 90 minutes at the latest. Modern formulas, such as those of Squeezy Energy Gel, cover this need and supply the body with complex carbohydrates and minerals. Our variants with caffeine also give the athlete an extra kick if desired, which motivates and strengthens mentally. Ideal for long-distance running (half marathon, marathon, ultra), triathlon, duathlon, cycling, winter sports such as skating and cross-country skiing and many more.

Each product contains several sources of carbohydrates, timed to provide the body with energy in the short and medium term. Salt and potassium replace the loss during sweating.

For fructose intolerances we recommend our variants Basic Formula, Cola and Lemon + Caffeine Booster.

Salty Caramel contains isomaltulose, which is easily consumable for athletes with lactose intolerance and celiac disease. If fructose intolerance is present, we recommend testing this product in small quantities for tolerability.

Recommended dosage SQUEEZY ENERGY GEL

Individual need

The individual need for energy is different for each athlete and depends on many factors.

  • physical requirements (age, weight, height, gender)
  • Condition of the route (altitude profile and surface)
  • Sport
  • individual performance and intensity (GA1 / GA2)

GA1 = Basic endurance 1:
Training is completed at a heart rate of approx. 60 to 70% of the max. heart rate.

GA2 = Basic endurance 2:
Training/competition is completed at a heart rate of approx. 70 to 80% of the max. heart rate.

We recommend consuming 2-3 energy gels per hour of exercise, followed by 150-250 ml of water. This corresponds to approximately 42 - 63 grams of carbohydrates.
